What is Chin and Jawline Filler?
Placing Dermal Filler within the chin and jawline region most definitely complement each other and would be beneficial to those who have concerns about the appearance in the lower region of their face.
Dermal fillers can be safely placed within these regions to naturally change the shape of the area, this can be for many reasons for example, making the jawline area more pronounced and structured and then creating projecting or elongation when augmenting the chin. This can give the appearance of a more feminine or masculine look; whichever your preference, as well as give the illusion of a slimmer face by elongating the features.
Benefits for having Chin & Jawline Filler?
- A stronger Jawline
- Reducing the appearance of an underbite
- Elongating or projecting the chin region
- Feminizing or masculine benefits
- Reduces the appearance of a double chin
- Minimizing the appearance of a rounder face
How does Chin and Jawline Filler work?
When augmenting the jawline or chin region Dermal filler is injected safely using either a needle or a cannula.
I often have clients mention they feel they have a disproportionately small chin in relation to the rest of their facial features, this meaning filler can act as a cushion to give length. Other ways Dermal filler can work, is by moving the chin either up or down subject to the client desired results and considering the client’s ratio between the nose, lips, and chin.
The appearance of a noticeably strong jawline can be the most powerful and striking feature on an induvial, due to natural anatomy and genetics sometimes the jawline doesn’t appear as we like. Other factors can be unhealthy lifestyle, natural ageing process, sagging skin or a weak masseter muscle. By enhancing the jawline, it can create a more youthful appearance by achieving a facelift effect and for male clients a more masculine approach as well

What is Cheek Filler?
There is no need for surgery, hollow cheeks or volume loss can be reversed using dermal fillers!
There are many reasons why an individual may get cheek filler; one of them is due to weight loss…this can give a more plump and youthful appearance instead of the face appearing gaunt. Another example is if an individual’s cheeks appear quite flat or lack volume or shape. Dermal filler can be placed under the cheek bone region, to create a more contoured, structured and defined look.
Benefits for having cheek filler?
- Achieve contoured cheek bones
- Great for weight loss clients
- Lifting the face due to the ageing process
- Plump and youthful appearance
- Minimal pain and maximum comfort
- No downtime
- Add shape and definition to the face
How does Cheek Filler work?
Firstly, I mark out exactly where the dermal filler would be placed, taking into consideration the client’s facial structure and natural features. Dermal filler is then placed under the skin using either a needle or a cannula . The advantage of having cheek filler there is no downtime and normal activities can be resumed almost straight away.
A massive advantage towards having cheek filler is it can also have a lifting action towards sagging skin on the lower region of the face such as the jowls or nasolabial folds.

What are Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines?
These are the lines that run from your nose to your mouth, and from your mouth to your chin. As the face ages the creases become deeper due to a loss of fat pads within the face and the skin losing its elasticity.
To reduce the appearance of folds and wrinkles within these areas, dermal fillers are injected directly to fill in any folds or wrinkles, this also improves skin hydration, texture, and flexibility.
Dermal filler can also be injected higher up, within the cheek region, as this helps to lift any sagging facial skin.
What are the benefits to this treatment?
- Reduce the appearance of deep folds and lines
- Creates a more youthful appearance within the face
- Hydrates the skin leaving it more radiant
- Reduce the appearance of a gaunt look
How does Nasolabial & Marionettes work ?
Due to repeated facial expressions, the natural ageing process of the face and a reduced reduction in collagen and elastin, lines will inevitably form. The great advantage of dermal filler is those results will be immediate straight after the procedure.
Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid. Despite our bodies naturally producing HA…over time we lose production. Dermal fillers can soften the appearance by restoring lost facial volume, enhancing a smoother and younger look.
Each client’s facial anatomy and overall treatment will be entirely bespoke, reversing the clock on the ageing process.
